New Hickory Chair Sofa+Chair Set, Plus Calico Corners Chair & Ethan Allen Artwork

We are selling a 2-year old living room set used to stage our home for selling. Everything coordinates perfectly, it was put together by a reputable interior design firm in Fairfield County. The couch and chair are made of a stunning thick-weave cotton/linen fabric that was imported from a French manufacturer.

The sofa is similar to the "Cameron style" but we had it customized with roller legs, and added some detail on the arms: 2604-88 : Cameron Sofa with Exposed Legs by Hickory Chair Furniture
The chair is "Whitley" style: 7163-23 : Whitley Lounge Chair by Hickory Chair Furniture
We are selling the couch for $2500 and the chair for $1500, which is half of what we paid. They are both in like-new condition.

The second chair is custom made from Calico Corners. Dimensions can be found on their site. We are selling for $1,000.

We also have 4 larger matching botanical prints from Ethan Allen, they were also $529 retail and we are selling for $250 a piece.
