Raidus Chair Repair??

I got 4 radius chairs when the line was first introduced. About a month ago, one of the plastic leg inserts that protects the floor broke. Has any one else experienced this? Have you found a solution to the problem? I called EA and the company thatmade the chairs is out of business.
