FurnitureOwner.com is our new name!

Hello I wanted to take this opportunity to let everyone know that we have a new name. For reasons beyond our control we are no longer going to be using the Ethan Allen name in our website title therefore we are now FurnitureOwner.com. Believe me I love all of my Ethan Allen furniture so all the sections will remain but we will add new sections for other brands as time goes on.

FAQ: The goal of the site is to provide a SPAM/JUNK free website for furniture owners that are looking for great deals on quality furniture. One of the reasons we charge to post items on the site is because most people will not pay to post "junk" so the site has always been above par on quality items for sale.

Question: Can I still post my Ethan Allen Furniture?
Answer: Yes please post a new thread "Post" in any of the Ethan Allen sections you desire

Question: Can I post my furniture that is not Ethan Allen furniture?
Answer: Yes find the appropriate section for your item and post it. "Remember you must be a Paid Subscriber in order to post".

Question: How much does it cost to post my USED/Preowned furniture?
Answer: The cost is $4 to have unlimited posting of furniture for one month. The cost is $10 to have unlimited posting for one year. Post and Reply as much as you like.

Question: How can I "Buy Paid Subscription" so I can start posting and replying?
Answer: Now that you are REGISTERED you can click the "BUY PAID SUBSCRIPTION" button under the upper left area of the site under our logo to proceed to purchase. Here is the link http://www.furnitureowner.com/forum/payments.php

Question: What happens to my post after my Paid Subscription runs out?
Answer: Unlike sites like craigslist or Ebay your furniture will remain posted on the site until you decide to remove it. You will need to have a Paid Subscription in order for others to contact you through the PM "Private Messaging" system.

Question: How long has this site been around?
Answer: EthanAllenOwners has been around since 2005 and the name was changed to FurnitureOwner.com in February of 2010.

Question: Are Dealers allowed to post brand new items for sale?
Answer: NO, absolutely not. This site is for Used, Preowned, or Discontinued furniture only. DO NOT post brand new items for sale. Plenty of other sites out there for that.
